It is believed that Thiruvalluavar was born in Nagarcoil, Tamilnadu, India. There is no archeological proof for where & when he was born. Thirukural which consist of 1330 kural (short poem which has exactly seven words) is the tamil ethics by Thiruvalluavar. This work itself does not claim any author name. Valluvan is tamil common name and Thiru means honorable and hence the name Thiruvalluvar. It is not any religious oriented so it is translated in many languages around the world.

Subramania Bharathiar

Bharathiar alias Subrmanya Bharathi was born in Ettayapuram, Tirunelveli deistrict of Tamilnadu, India. He is considered as the king of modern poet. He played a vital role in Indian freedom by writing poems. He imagined that India got freedom and he wrote "Anandha Sudhandiram adaindhuvittom..." Swami Vivekananda was born in Kolakata, India. He was a chief disciple of Ramakrishna. Vivekananda founded the Ramakrishna Math and the Ramakrishna Mission. He is knon for his famous speech towards the gathering in the United state is America “Brothers and sisters”. Vivekananda conducted lot of public and private lectures and classes. He was also interested in Puranas & Vedhas. He attained Mahasamadhi in July 1902.

Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi (Gandhiji) was born in Porbandar, Gujarat, India. At the age of 13 he married to Kasturbai Makhanji. Then four sons were born. In 1888 he went to London to study Indian law and he trained as barrister. Once he came back to India, he had started protesting against British rule through his non-violence (ahimsa). Finally at last India got Freedom in 15th August 1947. Hence he is Father of Indian Nation. In 30th January 1948 he was assassinated.

Gautama Buddha was born in Royal Hindu family. Place of birth is not known. Any one of the places would have been Buddha’s birth place. These are the present Nepal, Odhisha and Uttar predesh. He was married to Yaśodharā at the age of 16. Buddha’s father deprived him from seeing Aging, Disease and Death. When he was 26 he came to know and depressed to a greater extent.
